- "Where would I find out why a decision was made six months ago?" — tests whether the company documents anything
- "What did the last person in this role find hardest?" — gets an honest answer surprisingly often
- "How will you judge whether I am doing well at ninety days?" — reveals whether success is defined

Anything on the website. Anything about holiday and benefits at first-round stage. "What is the culture like?", which produces the same answer everywhere.
